View Full Version : Credit card account not added
During the process of adding accounts, Mint does recognize the checking, money market, CD saving accounts but not my credit card account. This is from Citibank Bank.

Can you let me know if it doesn't populate shortly? There could be a slight lag in all account information pulling in. I can then send a FYI to engineering so that they can see what is causing the issue(s).
I deleted all my accounts and try to add again. Same thing happened. Only 3 accounts show up for Citibank (checking, money market and CD). The credit card account does not show up. There's no separate id/pw to access this account just in case you're wondering. In the Mint "Accounts" tab, it seem like there is only space for 3 accounts per box. Not sure if that is the limit per bank. I try to add account on the new box but it doesn't allow due to "duplication".

Ok, let me know if it doesn't update in a few days. As you can see right now, there's a lot of issues happening during the beta that we're trying to resolve...sorry about the current inconvenience.

Citibank.com doesn't work for the credit cards. The URL for citibank credit cards should be www.citicards.com
