Utah Community CU Login Error

My username and password is accepted but then there is an error downloading my transactions. I'm guessing this is because UCCU recently switched to two-phase authentication, where they first ask you for your username and password and then they ask you one of three or four security questions. The difficulty with this is that the question is different every time, so users must answer multiple questions before Mint will be able to log in by itself.

Please let me know if you are going to fix this soon. Without this bank, Mint is not very useful to me.

While I hate giving this as an answer, can you please try again in a few days? We do log failure issues & try to work on resolving them as quickly as we can. If I have an update about any bank working better, I will come back and post in the Mint Announcements' area.

I'm having a lot of problems logging into UCCU through Mint still.

No updates yet, unfortunately:( Smaller banks and credit unions may take some time to resolve...

Note: It looks like we only support the banking option for this bank & not the credit card (FYI).
