My ING DIRECT Bank electric orange checking account has a 4.00% APY, but it doesn't show up on the account in Mint.

The interest rate (APR/APY) is a known bug we're trying to resolve. Let's hope it is done shortly.

Just curious -- do you pull interest rates and other non-transaction details of our accounts when you login to our accounts or do you get them elsewhere?

I am 99.99% sure the information is pulled from the account. I don't know enough about the backend to say with 100% certainty & will check with our lead.
