View Full Version : American Eagle Federal Credit Union - Can't Login

Anyone else having problems with this?

I go through the normal steps of adding my account, put in my account info and security questions, and click Add It. It says "We are connecting to your American Eagle account..." - but it never adds it under the accounts. It just goes back to the white screen asking me to search for my bank. Normally when you add an account, it adds it and says "Establishing Secure Connection" and all that jazz. This all worked until last Saturday (04/25).

I have tried both on my normal mint.com account as well as creating a new account under a different email address. Both don't work. Is there a problem on Mint's or AEFCU's side? Any other members getting this? Thanks.

This is the exact same symptom as the bug reported earlier for First Tech Credit Union. Perhaps the two are related?

I am also having the same problem. It tells me my user and password are invalid, but I know they are correct because they work on the American Eagle website.

Any updates from the Engineering team?

Think I found the problem! I updated my security questions and made sure the ones I used were available on the Mint signup page. Once I did this, it connected fine.
