Just wondering if you're going to get Zions Bank to work with you system at all?
It seems that they may have blocked you due to too many failed login attempts. Before it would go through and authenticate, not it just instantly fails.

Nothing yet. If I have updates about specific banks, I will most certainly come to the forums and post about it. If I can email folks about the issues as well, I most certainly will.
Please note that the add bank issues are very complex & not an easy fix. I understand the frustration that some folks are having right now -- but we are doing our best to fix as many of the problems as we possibly can.

I too am very much hoping to get the Zions Bank account add resolved. I spoke with Zions today and they are open to work with Mint on any compatibility issues.

Not sure if this will help...
search by zionsbank.com in the search box.
you will see options for bank and credit card.
If you have both account types at these banks, try to add them separately.
I've had some success with customers adding account types individually.

I can't get this to work. I've tried my Zions bank website login and my internet banking login (the one used for Microsoft Money or Quicken).
Still no dice. All my other accounts work just fine.
This working for anyone else?

I have tried and tried to get Zion's bank to work and it won't. It keeps telling me that my username and password is incorrect.
This is my only account that will not work for me.

Zions bank will work with mint. It took me a few times to get it right but you just need to make sure that the challenge questions are the same that you have set up on your zions login page. You can choose which questions you need to answer when you register your account with mint. You should be able to find your challenge questions and answers on the settings of your zions online account. I hope this helps. Let me know if you have any more questions.

Certainly good news. I'm not sure where you can find your challenge questions. In the Zions Bank preferences for our account, here is all that we see:

I never remember setting up challenge questions.

I too cannot use Zionsbank. It is asking for security questions, which were never set up. If they were it was so long ago, that they don't use those anymore. When yo go to set up the account, three questions are posed, but there is no way to set up questions for your account at Zionsbank.com

I still can't get my zion's bank account to work. Just using my username and password doesn't work, so I emailed Mint support, and they said "answer the security questions just like you did for your bank account".
Except, there are no security questions for Zion's bank online. There's nowhere to set them, nowhere for you to find out where they are. Even if you click the "Forgot Password" link on their site, you are never asked any security questions to get your account reset.
I'm doubting at this point that it even works, especially when the guy above says "zion's bank works, just set your questions in your preferences", but, if someone had actually checked their preferences section, they'd know that there really isn't anywhere to set this, and therefore, there'd be no way for him to log in.

Ok, I've found the security questions and have gotten Mint working. Here's how you find them on the zionsbank website:
* Log into your zionbank online account
* Click on the "Services" tab at the top. It's the last one.
* Click on "SecurEntry Maintenance"
* Click the "Continue" button to go past the SecurEntry Image
Your questions should be on this page. Enjoy, and thanks eco for helping me out on this one.
