Bloomingdales - won't work
Circuit City Rewards Card - There's a security question if logging in from a new IP
JCPenny - Can't add it, won't work
HSBC Best Buy Card -Not on the list. URL: https://www.partnercardservices.com/
WalMart - Won't add my account. There's a security question if logging in from a new IP
Dell Credit - Won't add my account, Could not connect error.
Patelco CU - Won't add my account, Cannot add error.
Should be all for now...

Please try back again in a few days. If I am aware of certain bank issues being fixed, I will most certainly post them out here.
As I said in previous threads, I understand that there is a lot of frustration with some folks right now (understandable). We're trying to resolve as many issues as quickly as we can.

As a side note.. I'm also having trouble adding Merrick Bank. I'd just like to add that Merrick Bank does specify that usernames and passwords are both case-sensitive. I've entered all my information and sometimes i get 'could not connect' and other times i get 'wrong username and password' .. so that could be another option as to why it's not working if the mint system doesn't keep usernames as case sensitive...

I am also having trouble adding my Circuit City Rewards card.
+1 to Bloomingdales card not working.
I'm able to add the account and see the balance, but it's missing the transaction history.

Currently I still have a problem with Dell, its an option there but has never worked for me. Its not a Dell Visa though but a preferred account, maybe this makes a difference.
I am also unable to add Merrick Bank or Walmart as well as Juniper.
Merrick Bank does use a single rotating security question - they ask one of the following each time log in:
-Home Phone Number
-City
-might be more, i can't recall at the moment

Ok, so I can log into my circuit city account, but it's set up totally wrong. The account box asks me to log into CircuitCity.com, but the website for the CircuitCity Rewards card is the following: https://service.fnanb.com/FNANB_Consumer/Login.do
As such, I'm logged in but there is no account info showing because I'm logged into the wrong site.

StrikerObi - I'm having the same problem. I think it's linking to the wrong website. I haven't been able to log into it from the beginning. I really hope they fix this, as that is the primary card that I use. Let me know if you hear anything from them or if anything changes.

Hmm...I just clicked on the link & it redirects to chase. Could that be part of the issue?
https://service.fnanb.com/FNANB_Consumer/Login.do
I am wondering if logging in via Chase would work (hypothetical)?
:) Got Juniper working now. Thanks. Still having problems for the other 2.
Looks like you have the questions for Walmart now, but I am unable to type in the answer fields.

Got Circuit City card working now. Thanks.
But mint just downloaded the most recent month's transactions. Is there anyway I can get the transactions of previous months into mint?
Thanks again for enabling fnanb.

We're looking to see if we can work on ways of pulling in more data (varies by bank; a general rule is approximately 30 days from the date you created your Mint account).

HSBC Best Buy Card -Not on the list. URL: https://www.partnercardservices.com/

Is that the store card or is that the reward zone master card?

The card is issued by HSBC Bank Nevada. It is a Master card and it appears to be managed by Bestbuy. From www.bestbuy.com there is a link to manage both the store card and also the credit card(http://www.bestbuy.com/site/olspage....&type=category). But on the linked page there are separate 'log-ins' for both the store card (https://www.hrsaccount.com/BestBuy) and the credit card (http://www.rewardzonemastercard.com). The accounts can not be linked together.

I am also having the problem with the Dell site. It auto redirects to dellfinancialservices.com now instead of staying at the dfs.us.dell.com when you visit in browser.
Mine is also a preferred account and not necessarily a 'credit card'

Any news on when the Best Buy Rewards Mastercard (HSBC) will be added? It appears this is a big issue and a lot of people would be helped by adding this.
By the way... regardless of the issues, you guys are incredible. This is a very impressive site. Looking forward to more improvements.

I am trying to add my account for Lockheed Georgia Employees Community Credit Union - not for investments, but for a checking account.
The website is lgeccu.org.
Thanks for your assistance!

I also am still having trouble with patelco. I was able to add my Patelco Savings Account, But am unable to add my loans.
I am using the "Patelco Credit Union - Loan" account when trying to add it. I don't know if it is because I have two separate loans through Patelco and mint is getting confused. Like the person above you use the same account number and password to view everything. the saving account has a suffix of 00, while the loans have 01 and 02. The suffix is not required to log in, and wasn't used when adding the savings account to mint. I assume that Mint will have to add a suffix field to the loan page in order for me to add my loans.
