Scenario:
I have 2 Chase credit card accounts on Mint. I have paid the balance of one of these cards off and I have closed the credit card account. How do I delete this credit card account without Mint automatically closing out the entire Chase account.
I obviously still want to track the opened account.
Thanks in advance!

Hi ljash,
There are ways to exclude certain accounts in Mint. You can either set your account status "Hidden" or "Closed". If you want to hide your account and transactions, set to "Hidden". Your Cashflow graph will be adjusted accordingly. If you choose "Closed" the transactions will remain in Mint but the balance will be zero.
See the steps below on how to exclude an account:
1. Login to your Mint account.
2. Click the “Your Accounts” link at the upper right corner of the page.
3. Locate the account/s you want to change.
4. Click on the specific account then “Edit Details”.
5. Use the dropdown box on the right to mark the account active, hidden or closed.

MINT shows duplicates of the same credit cards in my account; one is a platinum the other is a gold account; so I have 4 credit card accounts when actually I have only two . I followed the steps to delete an account but the warning lable says that if I hit okay to the account that I have selected, then MINT will delete all of the credit card accounts. I only want to cancel the duplicate accounts and not all the credit card accounts.
Please help.
Thanks:confused: Tom
