Same. This is still a problem even after the upgrade announcement.

can't add mine either... i have a stock account, though... is that different than a "bank" account with them?

I'm having the same issue as saury316. Just adding my voice in hopes that the more people complain about it the faster it will be resolved.

Note about Ameritrade: We could only connect to what is considered a bank account. If the account is a brokerage/investment account, we're no going to pick it up right now.

Not supporting investments accounts is a big drawback for Mint. Most of my cash is in brokerage accounts (as it is with many people), as opposed to sitting in the bank. The effect is that Mint shows my debt to cash ratio really high because all my assets are in brokerage accounts. I also don't have an accurate picture of my net worth and how much it's growing each month.

When is Mint going to add support for brokerage/investment accounts?

Thank you

I don't have any specifics on when/if we will add, unfortunately.

I have the same problem and can't log into Ameritrade. Is this because they (Mint) can't make money off brokerage accounts? I aplogize for being cynical, but this is a major flaw in this system.

Yes it would be good to at least add at least simple filter that reported on cash or money-market positions in brokerage accounts such as Ameritrade. Some people including myself use these as pseudo-savings accounts.

My Ameritrade info loaded fine until I recently updated security question info (required by Ameritrade). Now my accounts no longer update and when I retry setting the account password info I get a message from Mint saying
"We’re having issues right now
Trying again a bit later should do the trick!"

- and later I get the same message

what gives, is this an issue for Mint - Ameritrade or both. Let us know if we need to complain to Ameritrade
