Bug Report: Failure to add Mileage Plus Visa Credit Card by Chase

While using IE7 and Firefox,


I am trying to add my United Mileage Plus Visa Card by Chase and it will not add. When trying to log on through the portal that Mint has set as default,

There was a redirect and this page came up for me

(http://www.cardmemberservices.com/)

I then entered my login and password infrmation and was then redirected to the following page

(http://www.chase.com/nrconsumerintercept.html)


This page had a message requesting that I should log in from now on at,

(www.chase.com/creditcards)


Please confirm and update the default login page address for the MINT Service so that users can successfully add their United Mileage Plus Visa Cards by Chase through the add card function on the MINT site.

This actually has to do with a recent site update by Chase (trying to resolve). I will post an update if I know it has been resolved.

It looks like Chase is now resolved.

Chase is still giving us some fits. I did post some information in the Mint Announcements area about this. I will most certainly update once I know it has been resolved.

I do apologize for all of the issues some folks are having during the beta. I know that things may not get fixed as fast as we all would like...but we are working on them as quickly as we can.
