In my "Ways to Save" page I have the entry:
American Express Cards
Blue Cash
* 30.24%Your Current Interest Rate
* n/a Your Current Rewards
->
American Express
* 18.24%Interest Rate if you switch
* 382,909 miles Rewards if you switch
with $3,744 in savings calculated. Impressive.
Except that instead of "n/a" my Blue Cash card actually rewards me with:
* Up to 5% Cash Back with Unlimited Cash Rewards
* Earn unlimited cash back
* No Annual Fee
The above info is shown on creditcards.com (http://www.creditcards.com/American-Express.php?a_aid=1004&a_cid=1055&a_did=25060)
Maybe a screen-scrape could help get more rewards info for more users?

This information should *hopefully* get better in the future. I don't think we're currently catching all of the data points.

I'm having the same issues also:
HSBC Bank USA ONLINE SAVINGS - 4.50% APY (same as HSBC Direct Online Savings)
First National Bank of Omaha GAS REWARDS PLATINUM EDITION - 3% Cash back on gas, 1% back on everything else.

I'm actually thinking about getting a new credit card, so I checked out Mint to see what you've found for me. I see:
Bank of America Credit Card...
L.L.Bean
* 18.48%Your Current Interest Rate
* unknown Your Current Rewards
vs.
American Express
Gold Delta SkyMiles Credit ...
* 18.24%Interest Rate if you switch
* 193,702 milesRewards if you switch
$1,852 savings
Great! Except when I drill down to see where those 193,703 miles of rewards come from, I can't figure it out:
2 miless for Home improvement, Pharmacy, Delta, Groceries, Gas / Fuel 193,702, 1 miless for other purchases, Value of Rewards $1,937
But I've charged <$200 so far this year on the card and it seems this would translate into 400 pts at most, more likely around 200 pts since I don't use it for everyday purchases.

FYI...the accuracy of the offers page should get better later next month (late November). We will be doing some changes that should more accurately reflect the rates/rewards that folks get for us to make a better comparison.
I have the same problem:
American Express Blue Cash
Your Current Interest Rate: 14.74%
Your Current Rewards: unknown
the following info is from CreditCard.com
Blue Cash® from American Express

A fix should be in place later this month that better identifies interest rates and awards, which should then help make the offers you see much better.

1. Login to your Mint account.
2. Go to the Ways to Save page.
3. Click on link to see the offer(s).
4. You will see a hyperlink for "interest rate". Click on that.
5. A box will open that will let you manually put in the correct rate & type of award the card has.
