I already made a suggestion about this through email, but I thought If I included here other ideas could be added and maybe the idea could be fleshed out a little more.
The alerts in Mint, while great, only add more email clutter. I would love to be able to subscribe to my alerts and that way they show up on my google calendar(insert your calendar of choice here). Also I think the user could have some check boxes to choose exactly which alerts get put into the calendar feed. I mean I do want the days when bills are due showing up, but don't necessarily want every instance of a large deposit/withdrawal, or low balance warnings on there. This should be a per account basis and as has been suggested before we should be able to set different alert amounts for different accounts. I don't need my store credit card warning me I have less than 500 dollars to spend, but I do want my main credit card account to tell me that.
