Hi,

I keep having recurrent issues logging into my Sovereign Bank Checking Account (Pennsylvania). The first time I add the account, it syncs properly. However, after the second or third attempt at syncing, it will not work; unless I repeat the process of re-adding the account.

Please advise.

Update: I cannot login at all now. I tested by logging in manually to Sovereign Bank's website to make sure my account was not locked out or anything and I was able to login fine.

I'm having a problem as well. I haven't been able to update my Sovereign Bank (Massachussetts) Savings/Checking accounts through Mint in about 3 or 4 days.

I've tried updating my login information and secret questions but that did not help. I logged in directly through the Sovereign Bank website with no problem.

I'm having the same problem- I try to add my Sovereign Bank checking account in Pennsylvania. I enter my username, password, and three security questions exactly as written for my account- it says the account is being added, but nothing happens. I've tried adding it about 5 times in the past week. I can log in to the Sovereign website no problem.

I'm having the same issue. I've been using Mint for about 6 months but for the last 2 weeks my Sovereign account will not update. It never seems to get past the "Establishing secure connection" message - so it doesn't even look like it is sending my login credentials. It just stalls there.

I can log in fine directly to the Sovereign banking website & have not changed any of my passwords or security answers. Help!

I too am having this issue. It's been happening for two weeks...all security questions are correct and I can login fine through sovereign's website.
