Hi Folks,
I just wanted to provide a quick update on how we try to resolve add bank issues (request for a new bank not on our list, resolving issues with existing banks, etc.).
We use our software to detect where the most failures are coming from (bank/credit card). We then try to work with our vendor on resolving these issues.
As I mentioned in other threads, smaller banks/credit unions may take longer for us to get into the system As I will make it a point to post changes/improvements in our Mint Announcements area of the forums, I do hope that you come back to the check this area of the forums on a regular basis (note: I would recommend doing a search for the bank within the forums to pull hits).
I realize that a lot of these issues aren't being resolved as quickly as everyone like. We are, however, trying to fix things as rapidly as we can. I do apologize for any frustration & inconvenience that our beta users are experiencing with some institutions.
