Maybe I'm just not seeing this, but it would be nice to include how much money came in to my various accounts along with how much went out.
I like how the pie chart for expenses is presented, but it would be even better to know exactly how much came in during the period of time that the chart is showing.
Otherwise, everything is looking great!

Oddly enough, I didn't even notice it was missing...
Maybe that's because there's no budgeting function yet though.
Even before budgeting, this would be good to see! :)

Along the lines if this Monthly Income thread, I'd like to see some way of accounting for the deductions that an employer takes out of a paycheck. At my work they take parking, dental ins, health ins, retirement, plus a few others.
I'm not sure how I would like to see this done, so better minds than mine may have to churn on it a little.
:):p
Also, I get income from multiple sources (spouse auto deposits to same account), it would be nice to be able to track them seperate.

I would really like to see this type of report as well. A chart showing total income vs total expenses over a selected time period (month to month). That would be very helpful. Would be really cool to see secondary lines on the chart showing how my total income/expenses compare to the average users.

Hi, I think an income summary is essential. I have income from multiple sources so a way to categorize it and pie-chart it would be really helpful.
+1 here!
Cash flow charts are key! In showing and plotting income and expense amounts per specified time frame (month, week, last X months, YTD, etc)
I would use this more than budgeting tools.

I agree with all of this - in addition, plotting account balances (more for checking/savings than credit cards) over time would be really nice - it would help to see how poorly I save my money

Agreed! It's nice knowing what I'm spending but it's frustrating not being able to compare that against what I'm making. Even when filtering by Income category, it doesn't sum the amount automatically.
Ideas on how this can be represented:
1) Aggregate Income into Monthly Amount
2) Compare against Expenses to reflect Potential Savings (similar to MS Money)
3) Pie charts to reflect where Income is coming from
#1 feature request in my book!
Thanks!

Most of us know "about" how much much we are going to be getting in from paychecks and other sources. Maybe integrate some way to budget money coming in compared to money coming out to find out if you are going to be in the green for the month or in the red. I want to see more GREEN on my budget page :). Im not sure exactly how to do this but it would be nice.
