View Full Version : Any folks having issues with all accounts not pulling in?

Are there any folks out here that have issues with one account adding & not the other? In other words, only the credit card appearing when a bank account should be added as well (both accounts under the same login).
If so, please shoot me an email to feedback @mint with:
Your account email address
The financial institution in question
What is being added
What isn't being added
I've had some intermittent reports of this & would like to investigate further
Please note: This doesn't have anything to do with other login issues. I am looking for folks that have been able to add the financial institution & other account information isn't appearing that also should show under one login (only credit card showing & not bank account, etc.).

I am also having this error. I have sent an e-mail to support regarding this...I have both my Checking and Savings account pulling up but not my credit card. Everything is under one login and is with Navy FCU. I also have two car loans through this login but I don't think that would normally come through, would it?

Hi,
I know you only support US users at the moment, but I tried my luck from the invitation and was overjoyed to be able to download my ASB Visa account in Auckland New Zealand. However, all my cheque and savings account balances are zero. Its kind of pulling the account information correctly (one appears twice) but zero transaction.
I understand if you cant answer this yet but please, whatever you do, do not stop ASB Visa, I love Mint and I cant wait till I can get all my accounts.:)In the meantime I am happy with playing around with my ASB Visa account.

I'm having a similar problem with my Fifth Third accounts. The credit card is showing up, but not checking or savings. All are under the same login as well.

National City
Through the bank logon i see both checking and credit. however, there is an additional site for the credit card (same info)
The checking account is being added, but the credit card is not.

While I may not explain this as clearly as I can, many banks actually have multiple "banks/logins" for their various products, something that means multiple sites.
For example:
There's Citibank.com
There's Citbankcards.com
Customers can probably access these via a single login from their provider. This appears to change if you're using a third-party provider in some cases - so it can lead to some confusion (a sibling relationship). We're seeing if we can change some things on our end that reduces this confusion.
As promised, I will provide updates whenever I receive them.

National City is only showing up my bank accounts.
Michigan State Federal Credit Union - Also only showing my bank accounts.
I have credit card accounts at both places. I primarily use the cards also as they give me cash back/points.
So only having bank accounts show up does me no good, as the majority of transactions is Transfer.

I saw that the multiple accounts not pulling in under same login was fixed, at least with fifth third. I was trying to add the same account twice today when I saw the new option, Fifth Third or Fifth Third Credit Card.
Many thanks for solving that problem.

Yes, we're making some changes to these "sibling relationships" as quickly as we can (seemed to contribute to some of the account account problems).
Basically:
Your bank account and credit card may be under one login. We do try to grab this whenever possible. However, we often have to "read" a lot of this information behind the scenes & there may actually be multiple logins that we work to get both accounts added.
If you have a problem with this, try to do a search to see if both your bank and credit card are listed (Bank of America Bank, Bank of America Credit Card, etc.) and try to add them both.

I'm having problems with my emigrant direct account. I can't even add it. It's always telling me "Could not connect" with a list of reasons such as too slow or emigrant is down.
Not sure if this is a emigrant issue or mint.

I am having this problem with Citibank. I can bring in Checking and Savings info, but not my credit card. I do not have access via citicards.com. I only have acces through the main login at citibank.com. I would be VERY happy if this were fixed.

Not sure if this will help...but I have had success with some folks doing the following...
search by the url (citibank.com).
You will see a variety of choices, including bank and credit cards.
Try to add the credit card separately under the credit card option.

Having this problem with San Diego County Credit Union. I have a savings and credit card there, and only the Primary Savings account shows up. Which is too bad because it's sort of a dummy account, just keeps my "membership" in the Credit Union.

Likewise, I have no need to keep track of the dummy savings account (Don't know why they have it. Membership bah!) I have SDCCU as well and it is only pulling my Checking suffix 90 and Savings suffix 00. It is not pulling my Credit Card info which is suffix 60. Basically the suffix is appended to my general SDCCU account number to determine the account number of that individual account.
Also if it helps, the CC account does not seem to be with any other entity other than SDCCU as I can make transfers and such, just as if it were another checking or savings account. When adding SDCCU to Mint there was only one option as well. Please let us know if this can be fixed. Other than that all looks good, but this is the deal breaker as I use this Visa the most.

I'm not able to pull in both my Credit Card accounts from National City. I was able to pull in one, with the Credit Card Services account, but I have two cards with them, and the one card that I do all my transactions with is not pulling in.

It only looks like we support the banking product for that bank right now. If credit cards were an option, the credit card option would also show when doing a search.
Note: This is actually going to be an issue with a number of smaller banks & credit unions. Only one account type may be supported at this time.

Is there any word on when this will change. Since that Card is specifically the one I use the most often, it is kind of useless for me right now. :(
Is there anyway I can be updated when it is available or is there a general place where you will post for all the small banks and credit unions when it is available?
One last question, when this issue is resolved, will it be resolved for all small banks, or does this have to be resolved for each individual bank? For example, when it is available for SDCCU will it be available for all others as well or only SDCCU?
Thanks for your assistance.

I too am unable to add my Emigrant Direct account, not sure if its related to the image verification hurdle you are working on fixing. The error I get is something about Emigrant may be down for maintenance or slow connection. I have had no problems adding other accounts so I'd really like to have this one to complete the picture.

I have the same problem: mint imports my savings, checking, and money market accounts from San Diego County Credit Union, but misses my Visa and home loan. When I log into my sdccu account (using the only username/pw I have), I see a single page with all 6 accounts. It doesn't seem that I have multiple accounts at sdccu.

Same issue here with San Diego County Credit Union SDCCU and not being able to see the Credit Card account information. Any updates on the progress?

Folks,
The issue is not necessarily that your card has been compromised but the fact that you have two accounts under one log in. My card was also comprised and I had to get a new account. However, just this month Mint would not update my account information.
In order to fix this, go to www.citicards.com and to account preferences. Remove the old account that you have under your username. Then, go back to Mint. com and update your account information. You should now get all of your information update.
I hope that helps. Best, Bob.
PS DO NOT DELETE YOUR ACCOUNT ON MINT AS YOU WILL LOSE YOUR HISTORY.
