I can't log into US Bank. I have 4 accounts
1. mortgage
2. checking
3. savings
4. home equity
I was able to set up checking and savings but then couldn't subsequently log in after creating them
I was never able to access the mortgage or equity accounts.
When I log in directly on the US bank site, I have to have my username & password, I have to see the correct picture with the correct name under the picture and then sometimes there is an additional security question to answer.

I'm having the same problem in the last two weeks or so, ever since U.S. Bank redid their online security stuff.

I'm also having issues with US Bank.
2 Savings Accounts and 1 Checking. Home Mortgage and Credit cards are working fine however.

Update:
I went back to US Bank details (in Mint) and answered the questions again and even though there are only 3, I repeated the answers for the remaining 2.
So I use
what car
what hometown
what birthday
what car
what hometown
And that worked for me - so try that.

That worked the first time, but the next time I logged in I get the same error. It's like I have to re set up the account each time.

I'm having this problem as well with US bank and also with a couple of other accounts. If I have to set this up every time, forget it!! I'm very afraid that I'd better go back to all five of these accounts and change the passwords. I smell a rat.
I am also having this problem. I hope this thread is not dead. Is Mint responding to any of these issues?

Same problem here. I know it has to do with Identity Shield that they forced us to use at USBank.com. Hope someone is reading this. If a moderator is looking at this, please reply with an update.

this issue has me robotically going in and refixing the account settings to get it to work with US Bank, either when I want to check in or when my wife does. since I am not a robot, I finally ran out of patience for it and the frustration is chasing me away, more than the usefulness of mint was keeping me using it.
since the isn't solved by now, and there isn't an estimate of how much longer it will take, I'm leaving mint for now.
for a "free" service this sure has cost me a lot of valuable time.....

I use US Bank. The problem is the new ID Shild. They have added additional security to the log on process. Its a huge deal and making it alot hard to log on. Not much we can do...

Yes, and unfortunately it is also out of Mint's hands, since their authentication is done by Yodlee. I believe it is Yodlee that needs to figure out how to adapt to US Bank's new security measures. It's not a particularly difficult problem for them to solve, but Yodlee decides how high priority it is...

Not sure how this can be blamed on US Bank and Shield questions. It seems like all of the big banks are moving to shield, and Mint needs to figure that out or shutdown. Furthermore, the system works correctly with loans and credit cards, but fails with other accounts. The login is exactly the same for loans, credit cards, savings, checking, etc. So if it works for some and not others, it is a Mint problem.

I have the same issue w/ trying to add my car loan. The security questions through Mint don't even match the ones on USBank.

My savings and checking that I added a while ago are working fine, but I've tried to add a mortgage account recently and the questions are not the same as US Bank questions. I don't know what to do.. it isn't working.

Mint has been NO help whatsoever even though they reply and say that the questions have to be the same...(DUH!)I have US bank checking and savings that work fine and an equity line that is showing up just fine. but the Mortgage questions that mint has on their site are NOT the same questions that US bank uses. I have told mint this for several months, their customer service contacts me and tells me the same thing. I answer back with screen shots showing the difference and they never answer back or call back or even let me know that they are continuing to work on it. they just stop communication, until next time I contact them and well go through the same process again. They are NOT working on it and if they are, they are not letting us be involved or asking us what the problems are. 2 minutes of PERSONAL COMMUNICATION would fix this.

I use US Bank only for Home Mortgage. The US Bank login in mint.com appears to be only for standard US Bank logins, which, I believe mine is not. I have to log in on a different web page that is different from where Checking/Savings customers use.
Am I missing something? I can't use my login info on what mint offers, and I can't find anything else.
Thanks...
