I can't seem to log into my 401k Oppenheimer Funds account.
I don't think Mint it going to the correct page. It is thru Pinnacle Online and it is on the list, but I think it's just going to oppenheimerfunds.com and putting in the user name, password, and 1 of 3 possible security questions. It should go to

https://myaccount.ascensus.com/oppenheimer/

then put in the the login information.

If it goes straight to oppenheimerfunds.com then it has to scroll over "Accounts & Services", Click on "Retirement Resources Center", Click on Pinnacle/Ascender 401(k)Account Access", and then login.

Hi,

In order for us to investigate the issue, we would need the following information:

1. Name of bank
2. URL you use to login to the bank's site
3. List of Security Questions
4. Attach an HTML file to the email with the security questions (directions below)
- Login to the site and access the security questions page
- Click on File option on your browser and select “Save Page as”
- Save the file as HTML file by selecting HTML as the ""Save as type""

Please do not remove the account in question. We can't resolve the bug via our provider if you remove the financial institution. If you have removed it please re-add and leave the account attached even with the error.

We greatly appreciate your assistance.

This issue has been raised before, last year, and remains open. See this thread:

Mint Support appears to have dropped the ball on this one, as it has not been updated with a status, nor has any resolution been attempted. (At least as far as we customers can tell.)

Can you provide an update on this?
