As we've had a number of customers have issues with adding Juniper, I was wondering if any community members had success adding it? We just want to see if there are any pointers we can offer to resolve the matter (pointers on our site, email templates w/instructions, etc.).
Thanks, in advance.

Note about Juniper (based on feedback from a customer):
Juniper requires 5 security questions and it seems to be case-sensitive.
Another thing is that I entered the security questions in the same order as the drop down box provided.
If you're having issues with this bank, please see if the above helps.

My wife and I each have a account I was able to set up both accounts in MS Money via the 5 questions. I don't have that ability to do so with Mint.

For Juniper? I couldn't tell based on what you stated.

Am I missing something when I am setting up a account in Mint? I do not see a place to put my other credentials in such as Security questions/answers.

You should be prompted with a box if additional information is required by your financial institution. What happens if you put in your username/password when trying to add?

When I enter my user Id and Password. It attempts to log in. But when it gets to downloading transactions I get the error msg "Could Not Connect". This happens for a few other accounts as well that I have. I am using Firefox so im not sure if that makes a difference or not.

Well, I did have success lastweek with my Juniper account, it had prompted me for my additional security questions...for some reason now it cannot update, and I removed it then tried re-adding it and it does not ask for those security questions again...so now i am unable to login to Juniper
seeing same behavior idlehand describes, both this morning and evening...using 3 different accounts/banks

Like others, I did have my Juniper account working at one point, but for the past couple of weeks, I'm getting a 'could not connect' error. I am only being prompted for my username and password. I've confirmed that they are correct by logging in to juniper.com directly.

I really like the premise of your solution. Please, figure out what's ailing the Juniper login. I like what I'm seeing on my Discover Card and would like Juniper too.
(Have already emailed Damon at 'feedback' address and understand you guys are swamped. A good lesson learned for my own startup's success.)
Juniper has a security question, and Mint never prompts me for that. I have no idea what dropdown box the Admin may be talking about, but I don't get one. Just fails.

Juniper is a problem for me as well and it's my primary credit card. I'm also don't see an option to add First Equity. I don't use First Equity at all so that one isn't a big deal.

I noticed Juniper security questions were added but it still doesn't work. Seems to fail immediately.

This is odd. In overview it shows Juniper and the correct balance but it's never been able to connect under the accounts tab. Triple checked my information which is correct.

Hi Folks,
I've just been advised that users trying to access Juniper may have issues if they're trying to add using Internet Explorer (the security questions are cut off). We would recommend trying it with Mozilla.
If you don't have Mozilla, which I honestly find to be way more stable than Internet Explorer, you can download it here (http://www.mozilla.com/en-US/products/download.html?product=firefox-2.0.0.7&os=win&lang=en-US).

Was having trouble with Juniper, but while preparing this forum post I tried a couple of things and seem to have it working.
After the security questions were added to Juniper sometime last week I wound up with three copies of my Juniper account showing up in the Overview and Transactions tabs, but when I clicked on the Accounts tab there was only one instance of Juniper -- and that instance was showing "Unable to Connect."
Just now I clicked the X in the Accounts section to delete Juniper and that seemed to remove all three instances from the Overview and Transactions tabs. I just re-entered my Juniper login and questions and it seems to have connected and downloaded without a hitch.
I will update if problems resurface.
Thanks!
PS: I'm using Mac/Firefox, in case that helps anyone.

I can log into Juniper without an error now, however it doesn't recognize any accounts -- there is no balance listed inside the account box.

Hi - I was able to add Juniper when I first started using Mint (only about a week to 10 days ago). Alas, now I get an "incorrect password/username" error with my Juniper account (Frontier Airlines MasterCard), even though I'm still able to log in directly on their website with the same username/password combo. I've tried filling out all the security questions, but that doesn't seem to help ...
Should I try deleting and re-adding the account as a Barclay's account instead? (BTW, thanks for that info, I had no idea they were merging.)
Let me know if you need any more info.

Mine finally worked just now (2:59pm 26 Feb 2008). I was doing it while reading this thread. I answered all five security questions. The ones I knew answers too, as in the ones I knew I answered on the Juniper site when I first signed up.
