Hi, i just noticed my federal tax refund that was direct deposited to one of my tracked accounts is not showing in my transaction list for that account but IS showing the amount in the total balance for that accound. I confirmed by logging in to my bank that it is included in the transaction list - for some reason its not being pulled into MINT. The direct deposit description that should be pulled into mint is "ACH DEPOSIT--PPD / US TREASURY 220 / TAX REFUND". Can someone please look into this? Thanks!

I just found out by logging onto my banks website I got my state refund via ACH last week. It is NOT showing in my Mint.com... same issue. It is showing up as "ACH DEPOSIT--PPD / FRANCHISE TAX BD / TAX-REFUND". Please fix! Thanks!

Hi,
Please use the Update button available on the accounts' page to pull in the missing transactions.
If it's still missing, here's what Mint needs to file a bug:
a) your account email address
b) the bank in question (if a branded product, such as CHASE Mileage Plus Visa, knowing the name of the branded card might help).
c) the dates of the transactions that are missing
d) a screen shot of your Mint and bank account transactions' page (around the dates of the missing transactions). You can blank out information you don't want us to see; we just need the transactions.
Please send the above details at len@mint.com.
Thanks.
