I am a new user, and have just successfully added two Bank of America accounts.
The account information was downloaded successfully, and linked savings and checking accounts have appeared fine. However, linked Credit Card accounts did not appear at all and I'm not sure how to add them. Do these need to be setup differently?
My accounts are in WA and ID, which may be a problem right?
Seems like a great site, can't wait to use it more!

Can you let me know if the credit cards don't upload shortly?

I too have the same problem and also have an account based in WA.

Hi Administrator, thanks for the response.
I still haven't seen the cards show up. Should I have seen something by now? I can continue to keep you posted if it is helpful.

*shouldn't* be a problem.
While I hate to ask, are you able to remove & then re-add? I just want to see if it was connected to some temporary issues we had last week.

Just tried removing the account and adding it again, it didn't solve the problem however. Anything else I can try?

Apparently, all of the credit card transactions have been pooled into the Checking account it is associated with. So the data is there, but there is no separation between the checking and credit card accounts.
So, is this intentional? If so, it's difficult to work with.

I just wanted to close out this question. I'm wondering if the intended functionality is to pool all Credit Card transactions into the related Checking/Savings accounts? This is what is happening for my WA based BofA account as of right now.
BTW, I really like your product so far. I have been looking for a Quicken replacement for years and I've tried MANY other options, this is the best option I have found yet and look forward to growing with the app.

I don't think its supposed to work that way. My credit card transaction are not being consolidated and I have a WA account.

Definitely shouldn't be happening. I've had a few corner cases that I am reporting.

My checking, savings, and secondary savings all show up, but my two credit cards do not. Any ideas?

My Bofa credit cards are also not showing up in mint.

I should be able to provide an update on this shortly. The technical explanation is quite boring....but it may have to do with the parent/sibling relationship between accounts that we can read.
For example:
Citi might have citibanking.com
citicards.com
Larger banks, and many smaller banks, might have multiplle URLS/logins for various accounts.

I have added two of my different B of A accounts as well. One of them only has a checking and saving and it shows up fine. The other one has:
3 Savings Accounts
1 Checking Account
3 Credit/Debit Cards
The only problem is, only the first 4 accounts are showing up (the checking and savings, but no credit cards). I was starting to think that maybe there was a 4 account limit per Bank? It seems that if you had more than 4 accounts it would break the interface on the accounts page too.
Any thoughts?

Just wanted to post that I am also a BoA user in WA and my credit/debit cards do not show up. Everything else shows up correctly.

I'd like to add that my FirstIB checking shows up fine, not my credit card, and I can confirm that it's all one login, one site for me.
Thanks!

I would like to add my BOA checking account shows up fine, but not my platinum visa card. It is under one login. Please fix :)
I am having the same problem. I have a BoA account I set up in MA. It is only showing my checking and savings account.
Though the accounts both say Idaho on them... I don't know why/if that is related.
Any suggestions or should I just be waiting for an update?
Still not working...
Suggestions ???
Thanks.
BTW GREAT site

i too am a WA account holder and am having no luck with my credit card. i think WA accounts are on a different system, because whenever i try to deposit money in CA the banks can never seem to find my account. that being said, i can see my checking/savings accounts.
Admin, any updates on this credit card situation? I really want to start using MINT, but I can't until my cards shows up since I make all my purchases on them. I'm really excited..but how much longer?!

Is this issue getting fixed?
I see that "Bank of America Credit Card (WA & ID)" is listed but my username/password do not seem to work for that (maybe because I'm already added my checking/savings under that same login).
This is a showstopper for me as I run a lot of my purchases through my credit card... please fix this soon if possible, thanks!
Other than that issue I love it. =)

Shouldn't be an issue using the same username and password.
Note: If possible, can folks please use our contact form? (http://www.mint.com/contact.html)
As we now have a CRM tool in place, it is much easier to work on specific bank issues via this manner. The forums are good for making announcements about specific issues, not so much for issues that may be specific to a bank. Sending a contact in this way allows us to capture the bank, bank url, etc., that I can't track effectively in the forums.
Any updates on to when this will be fixed? It's been a few weeks now.
I like how Jesse put it - this is definitely a showstopper for me too. I can't use this site at all until my credit cards are able to show up. Sorry guys.

Bump.
Just throwing my $0.02 in on this - I have 1 checking, 1 savings, and 2 CCs. Guess which aren't showing up? =)

Generally speaking, adding the accounts individually (bank, credit card) alleviates the problem. I've been rolling up the cases to engineering where this isn't happening.
Note: I don't have an eta for resolution yet, unfortunately. It isn't happening with all customers & it makes it a more complex issue.
I think it's just us folks with the "WA & ID" credit cards that are having the problems.

I also have problems with my linked BofA credit card (CA). My checking/savings/debit card are added fine and the data is retrieved appropriately. However even after removing and adding my BofA credit card account a few times, no transaction information is ever retrieved. Since the credit card is what I use for almost all daily purchases, not having this information means that mint, sadly, is pretty useless to me for tracking/budgeting. I'd love to see the problems with BofA credit cards resolved.

Definitely something we're rolling up & working on. The complex thing here is that isn't something that happens to all customers with our vendor...so it may take a little time, unfortunately.

I am seeing the same issue and my account is in Va. It is a platinum plus Visa that does not show up. I can not manually add it because it is all under the same site(checking savings etc). I will submit a report as well.

I've seen a few issues of this & *think* that it might be related to branded B of A cards in some way. Still waiting to see if we can find out what the issues are...
I'm pretty disappointed with how long it has taken you guy at mint to give any sort of explanation for this, especially since it is with such a large bank as Bank of America. I first posted this problem on 09-18-2007, and nearly 2 months later, I am having the same issue. That's bad customer service.

I don't have a good answer, unfortunately (it doesn't affect all customers). I've been rolling these issues up to engineering.
If you would like, something that would make it easier for me to track & push up, contact us (https://wwws.mint.com/contact.event) with the type of B of A account (bank/credit card) and the correct state (all except WA & ID, for example). Posting on the forums doesn't entirely help with tracking & we got hit really hard on the 18th-30th of September.

I am a BOA NY customer. I have checking, savings & credit card in the same login of BOA.
At first I selected Bank of America(all except WA & ID) in the add account. Only savings & checking got added (strange).
Then I added one more account(for same login) Bank of America - Credit Card(all except WA & ID). The credit card got added.
I guess adding each acct. separate will work.
I will be deleting my account now.
Thank you.
BTW. I submitted a "ticket" about a month back. Never heard back from you guys. I had to follow up on it myself.
