I tried searching the forums, so I don't repeat something that has been reported, but I can't find it.

When I trying to add an account in the account module, the security questions are cut off. I only see about the first 6 words. This doesn't help when the first 6 words of 5 questions on my USAA account are:
What is the name of your... (maternal grandmother, maternal grandfather, paternal grandmother, paternal grandfather...)

I even tried to quess which question was which, except the they are not in the order that they are on the website. I don't know how they order them there, but mint has them in alphbetical order. USAA ordered them maternal grandmother, paternal grandmother, maternal grandfather, paternal grandfather. Of course f comes before p, so I finally figured out it was the second "name" question that I wanted.

I know there is probably a way to script the dropdown box so the it extends across the page, when you click on the arrow so we can read the whole question. Other than that, I like the way you everything in the little moduals instead of in a table like in Yodlee's money center. I think the interface is really good looking. Like someone earlier said, a Web 2.0 interface for Yodlee.

We should be fixing this very shortly. I will try to post an announcement when I have an update.

I'm trying to add Broadway Bank. They use the "PassMark" system, which means that I entered three challenge questions and answers at . Mint's login screen presents me with challenge questions, but:

1) I can't read them, because the pulldown box crops them at about five words.

2) See #1, but none of the challenge questions offered seem to be ones I've got entered at the Broadway Bank site.

3) Maybe related to #2(?), there's no text box to enter answers.

Any update to this issue? I can't see, and thus can't answer, the verification questions for my bank. Thanks.

The security questions are currently truncated when you use Internet Explorer. Using Mozilla Firefox is the way around this right now. If you don't have Firefox, you can download it here (http://www.mozilla.com/en-US/).

Okay, using Firefox solved my first two problems. I was able to see and locate my three challenge questions.

However #3 remains a problem... there are no text boxes under the challenge questions to fill in answers. Is that a Mint, Firefox, or Broadway Bank problem?

I posted an announcement about both of these items today. The text box issue & truncated questions in IE should both be resolved after the 22nd of next week.
