In the spirit of transparency and accountability that our current administration is heralding, I think Mint should provide a status page with the list of bugs, features, surveys, work queue, top 10 requests, priorities, etc. Is Mint backlogged because of high demand and few resources? Then show us information on this so we can relate. Got a release schedule with slated features? Then show us when and what is coming. Of course some features may be cut, or schedules slip... but we can see the reasons for it and know you are working hard towards this end. Maybe I'm being unrealistic because giving too much information isn't necessarily a good thing- it may give away too much info to your competition. But that just makes you work harder to be the best, doesn't it?

Would be nice, but keep in mind that the "wisdom of the crowed" does not account for innovation, so we need to let Mint do some stuff without being transparent with us the customer. But a list of prioritized bugs sounds cool.
