I had a similar problem in the past and was able to fix it.
1) Go to "your accounts" click find the chase account and click "fix it."
2) It will prompt you to check your login information on the chase website. Go to the chase website via the mint prompt. 3) Return to mint website. When you return it will ask you if you want to change your login information on mint. Click to do so and reenter your information.
Some sort of bug...all of the login information was the same. I just needed to reenter it on mint.
