Midland Mortgage

My mortgage was recently sold to Midland and I would like to add them to my Mint account. However, when I try to add it I get 1 of 2 messages:

"We’re having issues right now Trying again a bit later should do the trick!"

or

"Wrong username or password. Please double-check your credentials."

Any idea when we can expect it to work?

Hi,

In order for us to investigate the issue, we would need the following information:

1. Name of bank
2. URL you use to login to the bank's site
3. List of Security Questions
4. Attach an HTML file to the email with the security questions (directions below)
- Login to the site and access the security questions page
- Click on File option on your browser and select “Save Page as”
- Save the file as HTML file by selecting HTML as the "Save as type".

Please do not remove the account in question. We can't resolve the bug via our provider if you remove the financial institution. If you have removed it please re-add and leave the account attached even with the error.
