Update account information?

Mint has been unable to connect to my NCSECU money market account in two days now. I verified that this was an issue with my NCSECU account and have since fixed the issue. My account will still not sync with Mint. When I open my account page to verify/update my information for that account, I click "Fix it" and only get the option to go to NCSECU's website. It was on this same page that I used to be able top update my login details and security question answers.

Any help is appreciated.

Me too!!!! I have been trying to connect to NCSECU for two days and can't.... What is going on??? I have just joined and already am having problems...

I was having a similar problem with an account that I have today - couldn't figure out how to edit password ect... I finally read on another post here that after you click the button to go to the bank site, you have to return to the original mint window to find that the edit button is now there.

Yes, I had to do the same. It worked very well. I wet to the your account and the fix button was on. I clicked the fix button and then it asked me to go the bank site and login in. When i returned the account page the button had changed to update. I had to go in and enter the username, password and the security questions. After that everything worked well. Other then having to reenter the security questions I had no problems.

I was able to reenter my information, including my username, password, and security questions (and I verified all of them), but Mint is still unable to connect to NCSECU. I believe that this is an issue on Mint's end.
