View Full Version : Seeing multiple transactions from "Fernquest of San Francisco" and confused

I've noticed the vender "Fernquest of San Francisco" pops up on my Mint transaction list regularly, and the transaction is associated with my checking account. I've checked my checking account statements and every transaction from "Fernquest" is attributed to a different vender there - usually a food vender or restaurant.
So my question is why am I seeing these transactions from "Fernquest" on Mint when I don't see them on my checking statement? Are things not getting updated properly or is something weird happening?

I am having the exact same issue - plenty of Fernquest Of San Francisco (Category: Sports) transactions in my log. But I have never shopped at that store, and I have no rule matching that vendor.

I had one transaction from Fernquest which was attributed to a different, unidentifiable place on my bank statement ("GB") -- I disputed it with my bank and they reimbursed me.

it is Park 'N Fly airport parking? Fernquest of San Francisco appeared on my Mint transactions, so I investigated it further and found it was Park 'N Fly airport parking.
Maybe this will help?

I have 34 "Fernquest of San Francisco" transactions. I've never been there. They're all Wells Fargo Check Card transactions, some for restaurants, but also for other things. I wrote in awhile ago about this, but the generic response from Mint's support team said I must have a rule that was doing this. I don't. I've checked all my rules, there is nothing there for "Fernquest of San Francisco" - maybe now that lots of people are reporting this they will fix it.

I think Fernquest must be some kind of credit card service for merchants. I went to edit the transaction, and saw that by bank had a the correct merchant name listed. I corrected the transaction name then in mint. Note that both the name and the category were initially incorrect.

I had one instance today and in my case I tracked it back to a American Express credit card transaction with the San Francisco Symphony.
