Having trouble adding my CDM Retirement account. This account is listed on mint- CDM Retirement but I can't login.
This is a CDM Retirement Investment Account.
The URL I use to login is https://my.accesscdm.com/servlet/ParticipantWebServlet?PL=participant
CDM has no security questions.
I have added CDM to my mint.com accounts but it tells me 'wrong username and password.' I don't have a problem logging in to the CDM site at the URL above with my correct login info.
I have submitted this inquiry and was assigned Case 00167589 but none of the 'troubleshooting' info I was sent did anything. I responded to feedback@mint.com but haven't gotten a response in weeks. Any help would be appreciated.
