My BB&T accounts will not update upon sign-in, nor when I click 'update.'
I did get them to update once yesterday by going to the account page (where it says 'problem signing in'), clicking "Fix it!", and re-entering my BB&T password and choosing new security questions. However, this method is not working today. It seems to 'establish secure connection' but has trouble 'authenticating.'
I have no problem signing in on the BB&T homepage, however sometimes their page requires me to answer a security question and sometimes it does not. Could that be the problem? And if so, how can I fix it?
I also have a car loan through BB&T that I access with the same username/password but I cannot get it to add on Mint.
