I've set up the connection to BB&T---where my BB&T account is linked to 3 checking accounts, 2 credit cards, and a line of credit---but when I added BB&T to the account list and it pulled my info, it only shows me the 2 credit cards. The checking accounts and line of credit aren't showing up or downloading transactions.

What should I do to show all my accounts for that login?

For Troubleshooting:
Institution: BB&T
Login Page: https://online.bbandt.com/online/servlet/efs/loginbbt1.html
Login Criteria: Asks only for a User ID and a Password

Again, the credit cards pulled down just fine, but I really need the checking accounts for the complete picture.

Lines of credit currently wouldn't pull in (considered "other" account type).

Can you let me know if the bank accounts don't update by tomorrow?

Note: If the accounts have a different designation, such as brokerage or investment, I did want to advise that they wouldn't pull currently.

It's still only showing me the 2 credit cards and giving me no hint that there are also 3 checking accounts under the same log in. :(

Any ideas? I've tried adding it twice (as in adding a duplicate) but that failed. I tried removing it and re-adding it. That didn't do any good either.

Bug filed. I can't provide an ETA because these issues can take time. I am hopeful that it will resolve automatically.

Thanks for the assist. I'm loving mint so far and can't wait to see a fuller financial picture in it.

In order to help in the troubleshooting process for the BB&T bug, I should note that there are 6 accounts total accessible through that BB&T login. 1 of them is a Line of Credit account. I mention that only because it may be that the process that imports my info might see that account before it sees my 3 checking accounts and since that account is not a supported type, it may either exit the process (thinking itself complete) or error out and not finish the process. Not trying to second guess how your developers wrote that routine, but as a developer myself, I can't help but offer suggestions. :)

In any case, if the development team needs further feedback or more assistance on my end to figure out the problem, I'll be happy to help any way I can.

I seem to have the exact opposite problem. I am able to see all my checking accounts, but not CC accounts. I did get BB&T to create another account for me that I use to pull in my loan and that seems to work now. I just cant find a way to get CCs to load and that is most of my expenses....

I am hoping mint.com can help solve the problem.

I have a mortgage and credit card with BB&T and I cannot get either one of them setup in Mint. I can login to the BB&T website and access both accounts with no problem.....

Like above, I have a BB&T credit line for a 2nd mortgage but cannot get Mint to connect to the account. I can log in at BB&T with the same information without any trouble. Help?
