View Full Version : American Express not accepting user name/password

I left a feedback on the site, but thought of giving it voice over the forums ~ it's probably a common login problem among many different accounts. I noticed it with American Express credit card account. First, it took quite a while to complete the first step in the add account window, and then it ended up in an error while authenticating username and password.
Btw, the account exists on my Yodlee dashboard, so the backend stuff seems to be working alright as far as username/password are concerned.

i get the following when trying to add my AmEx Blue Cash
Cannot add
Mint ran into a problem while adding your account.
* This issue has been reported to Mint
* Your passwords are always private & secure

Ok, give it a little more time (a day or so). We do keep track of these failures so we can work on fixing them.

Just wanted to say all my other bank accts and cc accts went through nicely. AMEX however will not go through get same error as posted above

mine seems to be working... though i haven't tried it today...
