This morning i tried to login to mint and the site just hangs. I know my password is correct because if i type it in wrong it says so. After about 20 seconds it just returns to the login screen.

I am using Firefox 2.0.0.6 on windows xp sp2, hard wired connection.

This was happening all morning to me, for about 2.5 hours.

Just started working again

I'm still havings problems today. My 4 accounts are trying to update, and they're all stuck on the final step: Categorizing and finding savings. I tried logging out and back in, but no success. Anything else I can try?

I've personally not had any recent issues logging in/out of my account, reviewing information, etc (logged in several times today). If you do experience this issue for a short period of time, please try again later.

Note: I am going to be working with folks more closely here so I can be proactive in telling folks if there's a system problem, temporary outage, etc.

Yea, I can seem to login either, everything is right. The site hangs and then reloads to login page.

but none of my accounts are up to date,

they are all stuck on categorizing. would be nice for an update from mint.

Hi, my accounts are stuck on "Establishing a secure connection".

I know the background daemons are probably way overloaded right now, but just thought you guys would like to know!

I successfully created an account today after receiving the beta inviation. I added some of my credit card accounts. Later in the day, when I tried to sign-in again, I got an error message: "Email or password was invalid."
I then tried to "Recover Password", but when I entered my email address on this page and clicked submit, I got this error message: "No user exists for email" (by the way this error page has a layout problem -- the error message overlaps the Submit button -- I'm using Firefox 2)
I then tried to sign up for a new account using the same email address (since I got the error message that the account does not exist). Creating a new account failed with the error message: "This beta access code has already been used."

The most common issue for what you mention? The customer had a typo in their email address. Please send me your email (feedback@mint.com) so I can try to track it down.

Note: We're going to ask customers to enter email addresses twice in the future.

Thanks. It turns out that the cause of the problem is that I have a long email address. Mint truncated it (without tellming me) after 32 characters. I was able to log in by typing in the first 32 characters of my email address and ommitting the rest. I got this resolution by sending a description of my problem to feedback@mint.com.
