problems adding account - pittsford federal credit union

Currently the Mint add account prompt for pittsford federal credit union includes three challenge questions. Unfortunately this credit union only uses 2 challenge questions. Also the challenge question options are incorrect as well.

I will have to file a bug for this.

Note: Right now, our primary focus is on getting the larger banks resolved with login issues. I just wanted to advise that it might take a little longer to get to local credit unions.

I too would like to see this fixed. This has been nearly a year and a half since posted and still not fixed. How hard is it and why is it taking so long! I love this software but I would really like to see this fixed so I can use mint to it's fullest!

I sent an email to customer support about this a few days ago before seeing this forum thread. It's now been 18 months with the same issue as the original poster noted! They responded and told me that only credit card accounts are supported there. I replied and said that credit card accounts use the same login as savings/checking accounts and I also have a credit card with them and the challenge questions don't match! This is such a simple problem to fix. My other credit union out here in CA has no problem; but it also happens to be near the mint.com office.
