View Full Version : Successful add of ING Direct cannot be updated later

All,

I've gone through the effort to add my ING Direct accounts twice successfully, by making sure that the questions in the ING setup match the questions in mint.com as closely as possible.

However, after this initial connection success, I have never gotten my ING accounts to update successfully. Has anyone ever seen this problem? Any advice on how to set up ING questions in the mint.com setup so that updates can occur correctly?

I too have successfully added ING accounts three different times, but each time I update my accounts, it shows that it is no longer the correct username and password (as well as the 10 verification questions). I tried quickenonline before this, and they mentioned that ING only allows them to update after business hours. However, I have tried updated during the weekend on mint and it still shows that I have incorrect information.

Mint...please help! Otherwise, I will have to go back to quicken online!
