I have a HSBC Mastercard that is accessed via:

and not the one that is listed under HSBC CC.

Any help?

I've filed a bug to see if we can support that login. I just need to advise that these take some time, so I would also just try to add it again periodically (the system updates new banks on just about a weekly basis).

Have tried all of the HSBC options but none of them work.

I just wanted to add my name to the list -- I have a new HSBC account, and I access it through accountcentralonline.com . I've tried all of the other options on Mint for HSBC accounts, and none of them work.

here's hoping you can fix this quickly -- Mint works superbly otherwise!

I've definitely mentioned this one...the accountcentralonline.com url isn't supported right now & I hope we can get it done with our provider.

I'm in the same boat as all the above fellows - is there a way I/we could get an email when the aforementioned URL is supported? Otherwise, its kind of a waste of time for me to keep checking back here until my biggest credit card is supported... :)

Me too. I also use https://www.accountcentralonline.com for HSBC.

I signed up for mvlopes.com and they didn't have https://www.accountcentralonline.com and were able to add it within 2 days.

This service is great and it's the best one I know of!

Some customers have had some success adding this HSBC option under this option on our site:

Direct Merchants Bank (has a link to accountcentral).

We're having some issues with the aliasing right now, which explains why it won't pull under HSBC.
