I can add my Capital One CC easily....but if i attempt to enter my direct banking (Where the bulk of my savings is), it does not add the account.
Any Help?

Is there a separate login for their banking product? I only see the credit card option in our choices.

I am having this same issue. It seems to just be for the Capital One Credit Cards.

Yes - it is a separate login area of the site - as well as different login info (atleast for me)

Bug filed (can take time to resolve). As these issues sometimes resolved with my knowledge, please do try to add the accounts down the road. If I get notification for sure that it is active, I will come back to the thread.

Just adding that I've got two direct bank accts w/CapOne that I'd like to add here, in case anyone's tallying up how many users are affected by each bank. . .
It would be nice if you can add a survey to the "add accounts" page. A simple "What financial institution would you like to add?" and let people choose from a dropdown list or type in a new bank name. Then we could see a pie chart that shows the banks requested by the most people and your developers could use that to prioritize their efforts. Plus users could get maybe some idea of whether the bank they use might be updated soon or if it's going to be a really low priority.

We actually use failure rates as one method of identifying problems. But I do like the general suggestion (I made a similar one).

Hi,
Any updates for the Capital One Direct Banking Customers? As the previous users stated, being that these accounts have such high yields, the majority of our savings may be in them and it would be great to have them in mint.com
Thanks so much for your help and I love the service that you offer.
Regards,
-David
Sorry to drag up an old thread but this seems to be the closest thing that came up when googling. Any ideas on support for Capital One Direct Banking? I keep trying but maybe I'm just getting the selection wrong.

I don't know if this will help you maik, but there is a difference if you do a search for "capital one" and "capitalone". I have 2 money market accounts with them and could only add them if I searched for "capitalone". The other search took me through a bank called "hibernia" or something and would not let me log in.
