Cannot Add ING Direct Home Equity Loan

I was able to add my ING Direct savings account. But I am unable to add my ING Direct home equity loan. I use the same login and security questions for both. It's the same login URL. Both accounts show up on the same page. The home equity loan doesnt show up in mint with the savings account. If I try to add it under ING Direct-Loan the security questions I use are not listed. If I try to add it under ING Direct-Mortgage the security questions are there but the connection is unsuccessful. Anyone else have this problem? Are ING Direct home equity loans supported for addition to mint?

I'm having the same problem. I have a feeling this might be on the ING side though since I had the same problem when I was using Quicken.
