manual accounts

i tried searching this and i found some people asking for it in adding transactions manually thread, but not a thread started for it. i would like to see an option to add a simple account for assets or debt that doesn't have any online options. i have annuities that are with insurance companies. i would like to add those, and enter amount, interest rate, and term. that would give me a better picture of my finances now and retirement. then if mint could find me better rates... there could be a dozen ways to use a manual account.

I would like manual accounts for:

Paper stocks that I own
Foreign stock holdings
House and rental properties
Insurance policies
Jewlery
commodities (Gold and silver bars, etc..)
cars and boats

I also agree that on the manual accounts I would like to have attributes assigned to help provide more accurate value:

1. Foreign stock codes
2. foreign currencies
3. commodity codes
4. for home value link to Zillow
5. Link to KKB (Kelly blue book) for auto value

I wouldn't mind a manual option for Checking/Savings accounts, since I can't seem to add my bank.
