When trying to add my wife's credit card at Watermark Credit Union

It will not recognize it or I can't figure out how to pick it. It found the checking and savings successfully but not the credit card or loans.
I have tried setting up a separate account for the credit card and adding the 2 digit extension to the credit card when prompted to at the account number but this does not work. I have also tried inputting the credit card number at the account number prompt and that does not work either. If you could help with this, it would be appreciated!
