I cant seem to find anything about my bank. :( I really want to use mint, and I think it will really help me out alot. Can someone tell me if I can use EECU?? Educational employees credit union? I dont know what I should do...

Educational Employees Credit Union can be found in the Mint search box by typing Educational Employees CU.

EECU's new web site address is www.myeecu.org, but unfortunately Mint still has EECU's address as www.eecufresno.org, so you won't find EECU by entering the URL until they update their records.

I can't log in to EECU. I have checking, savings, car loan, and visa there. I know you have to click to a page off the home page to get to the login, and it asks for username and password on separate pages, and there are some other security features in place based on pictures. Is there any way to get Educational Employees Credit Union to work with Mint?

Educational Employees Credit Union can be found in the Mint search box by typing our name exactly as follows: Educational Employees CU. Or, you can enter the following web site address, www.eecufresno.org, and search for us that way.

EECU's new web site address is www.myeecu.org, but unfortunately Mint still has EECU's address as www.eecufresno.org, so you'll have to use our old URL.

Once you have located EECU on Mint's site, you will need to enter your Online Access Home Banking user ID and password. You will also be asked to select the three security questions and answers that you have previously set up for Online Access. If you can't remember the questions or the answers, you can log into your Online Access account, select the Preferences menu, then Security Settings, and you will see the questions and answers you set up. Enter this info on the Mint.com site. After all information is entered correctly, it may take Mint up to five minutes to access your account info.
