VWcredit still an issue

I found a closed topic in the forum regarding an issue with a VWcredit (Volkswagen Credit). It was closed because it was believed to be fixed but it is still a problem.

My vwcredit account on mint says $0 but it is much more that that. I believe the issue may have to do with the fact that once you login at vwcredit.com you have to click on "Get a Payoff Quote" in order to see your remaining balance.

My vwcredit account on mint is the only thing keeping me from having an accurate net worth number and I would LOVE to see it fixed. An alternative would be to have the ability to input the amount manually.

Please look into this. I love mint! Would love to have it account for everything in my finance life.

I also have the same issue. I submitted a support request and received a response that they know about the issue and are working with the info provider to address it, but that was over a week ago.

I have the same issue. I removed and re-added the account but no go. Going to submit a report.

This is one of the many "problem" accounts I have. I don't know if I have bad luck, or what, but half my accounts have some kind of issue. If they would just let you enter in the loan information manually, that would go a long, long way for me to be able to use mint. I really want to use mint.

We have known the issue with zero balance loans. We're trying to fundamentally change how we get the data for most auto loan sites. Their payoff amount structures are not standardized and addressing all of them requires manual effort. We know this is frustrating.

Looks like it's fixed with total amount owed! I was the original forum griper on the VW issue.

Looks like it's working for now, although it was working once before and then went away. Hopefully this time it sticks. Thanks.
