Adding Digital Federal Credit Union - Credit Cards account...

When I try to add a "Digital Federal Credit Union - Credit Cards
" type credit card account, I get a message that says "We need more info". I tried to work with DCU, but they don't know what or how this information needs to be verified.

Any help in this matter will be greatly appreciated.

I was able to add DCU now. It started working automatically when I tried in the evening. Don't know what the issue was.
