Citibank - HELOC

So now that all my regular Citi accounts are working again. I would love to be able to add my HELOC to my profile. It appears in my regular citibank.com checking/savings profile. it does not appear in the citimortgage site that my mortgage is found in.

I see it is an OLD post; however, would like to do the same.
SAME issue. checking/savings show, but HELOC lised with same user/pass is not showing up.

I had the same thing happen with a recently opened heloc. I have a question on this to their 'customer service' and I'll post the answer.

Have you heard back? I tried the same issue, customer service suggested I try the bank's loan and mortgage sites, but the HELOC isn't in those sites.
