Hi All,

First, let me say that I think Mint is an amazingly brilliant product, and is certainly something that could provide a huge benefit for many people who desire to keep track of their expenses. Having said that, Mint is really giving me a big problem, and I'm hoping I will be able to get it resolved, or the whole system might not be of any benefit (though I'm sure I can't be the only one with this bug).

I am a secondary cardholder on an American Express Platinum Card account. I entered my American Express log-in information, and MINT successfully logged-in to my account and downloaded my transactions. The problem I'm having is that the balance for the card is being shown as the balance for both MINE and the PRIMARY CARDHOLDER's card, which obviously is a problem, as I only need to see my own balance. Curiously, MINT downloaded ONLY my transactions, but the balance is certainly that of two cards together.

Any advice on how to fix this problem? Obviously it is throwing off the whole budget, as the balance is much higher than it really should be. Thank you!

If several employees are using American Express cards under their employers umbrella account, Mint will do the same thing and show the grand total of everyone's expenses even though the itemized list is correct and limited to one person.
