Chase account showing cached data (not updating)

Hi,

Seems my Chase account is showing the same balance since Dec 11 even though it says it's updating. Yesterday, when I logged into Chase.com it made me verify an identification code...could this have something to do with it?

I had a similar issue for the last week where my Chase credit cards would not update.

I have 2 accounts with Chase and both were active last week. About 2 months ago I requested that they close one of the account and it just now took affect last week.

I logged into the Chase web site and chose to not display the closed account. Once I did this, the Chase account in Mint updated fine. Looks like it won't update properly if one of the accounts is closed.
