Investments - no symbols for mutual funds

I have opened a case for this issue over a month ago. I added my Diversified Investments 401k account. However none of my mutual funds have ticker symbols associated with them. If I try to edit the transactions and choose a symbol, the dropdown box is empty. Why can't I manually associate my mutual funds with a symbol?????

I am having the same problem. I can't enter anything in the ticker box and the price paid box is grayed out and wrong... :(

Has anyone from Mint commented / acknowledged this problem?

Same here. It would be great if we could manually input the ticker symbol so mint could track our investments properly.
