why are my old transactions disappearing??

I joined Mint in February or March 2008 - all along, I was building up a continuous history, and could see pie charts and trends including all my spending back to the date I joined in Feb. or March.

Now it appears that I can only see back to August or September. Uhh??? What happened to everything I painstaking entered in from Feb. through August? The nice part about Mint was being able to track my long term spending. Now it seems that my old transactions are disappearing. Anyone else experienced this? Any way to fix it?

I joined in April and my tranactions are still out there. Are you missing only some transactions in those period or all tranactions in those periods.

If you are only missing a few transactions I cannot tell if that is impacting me since I cannot print reports. I made the assumption that history would not change over time. Maybe that is wrong.

in the "transactions" section, everything seems to be there back to February. But in the "trends" section, my bar graph at the bottom of the page only goes back to September 2008, and my pie chart (top of the page) says my husband and I have only spent X total amount this year, when I know we've probably spent twice that. So, the "trends" section seems to not be capturing my older spending anymore.

O.k., I spent time looking in more detail. All my transactions, in both the "transactions" and "trends" sections from April 21 through July 14 are gone.

In July, it says I spent $22 the entire month. In August, I miraculously spent $22 as well. ??? Let me tell you, I meticulously enter and categorize all transactions every week. So, basically all data from April through September is gone.

any thoughts?

Min seems to be okay on the trends and transactions. I'm going togo back and check the actual amounts but at first glance they seem reasonable.
