Adding Huntington Bank

I am having a login/password problem when trying to add Huntington Bank. Huntington Bank uses a challenge question from time to time, and possibly EVERYTIME, if it sees you are logging in from different or new IP addresses. Mint doesn't take that into account.

How can I get past this?

I will have to file a bug for this because some banks that require additional login information give us hiccups. Sorry about that...

No problem. Would like to get it going, as I've been reading a lot about Mint and was so glad to be offered the beta invite. Bummed I can't really participate yet.

We don't have our CRM ticketing system in place yet (should be in the next 1-2 weeks). For now: I will attempt to come back and notify people (I file the email address or forum url w/the report).

Awesome that challenge questions have been added to the form when adding a Huntington account. I'm trying to get mine added, but the problem is that there are a few challenge questions built into their system, and they randomly come up when logging in, if you get a challenge question. So I am still unable to add the account without knowing which question they're asking for.

I tried my Huntington account today and got in this time. I filled out all five challenge questions, basically guessing which questions/answers I setup originally. No particular order either. Good to go!

I keep trying to add my Huntington account, and it keeps telling me there is a communication error. In a separate tab, I'm logging into Huntington.com just fine though, so their system is up and running.

The issue might have to do with a connection between our provider & the bank, not that you can't directly login (we're checking these items out as quickly as we can).

Be sure to check Mint Announcements because I am trying to make regular updates, including bank issues, there.

If I have an update on anything, I will most certainly come back out to the forums and post as such (mint announcements, etc.) While I hate to say it, these problems don't always resolve quickly (they don't always affect every customer as well:(

Well, perhaps there is something that you've changed, as I no longer am prompted when I Add Account, to enter in my five challenge questions.

No specific change that I've been made aware of. I do know that they have been working on some form changes & they generally send me an update on these items once a week.

That is quite odd, though, as I remember seeing the 5 challenge questions, and was happy that I would be able to set up my Huntington account. :(

I would like to know if anyone knows what is going on with the Huntington Security Questions. Is this going to be resolved, is anyone at mint.com working on this? What is the current status? I am very much looking forward to using this service but if I can't get to my bank it will won't be of much use.

Yeah, I don't know how, but I got it to work for my account after trying repeatedly. I was in just before Mint went public. All I tried to do is input every question/answer I could remember that I originally setup with my account, and I guess one day it just worked. Now I haven't had problems since with it. Still connecting fine.

Well it looks like the security questions have been put into the login form. Only problem is, you can't tell what the entire question is. For example...What is the last name.....????

I, too, cannot get Huntington up and running on my account here.
Mint asks me the challenge questions; I do everything correctly and then I am told that my name/password are wrong. But they are not. I've been quite scrupulous. It would be great to have it, if possible.
