BECU requires a security question answer to be provided and I confirmed with their website that I entered the correct answer. Still no love. Seems like an issue with the way mint is accessing the becu website (i assume scrapping is going on). BECU rotates the security questions so might be better to pass the question to the end user to answer real time.

What does BECU stand for? I would like to make sure we match the correct acronym to the correct company name.

BECU is the actual name (it shows up in the institution search as becu when search in the add accounts function).

Once upon a time it was called Boeing Employees Credit Union but now its open to anyone in the state of WA so they changed the name to just BECU. It's the largest credit union in the state so it's a big one.

When I try to add my BECU (www.becu.org) account, the dropdown lists for the security questions are not allowing me to see the entire questions...the menu-box isn't widening to the size of the questions. And since the bank has many questions that start off with the same 5 words (What is the name of... or What is the first...) I cannot tell which question is being asked.

UPDATE - as I was writing this, I tried logging in and adding BECU using Mozilla Firefox and it works just fine. Apparently my version of Internet Explorer isn't made to work with Mint...or vis-versa.

Yeah, I'm seeing some people can get in and others can't at this point. I've tried about 20 times and not got in once. Even though the security questions rotate through a list of 5, they do rotate sequentially. I've tried inputting the next question response thinking I could one up the logic, but it didn't work. I've alerted BECU to the issue, but they say use a different web app if it doesn't work. Don't worry, I'm not giving up on mint yet :D.

Hi I have tried logging in to BECU for weeks now, and it keeps failing at the same point. I have never been able to see any security question, and it just asks for the first one.
I tired using it in IE 7.0 and in firefox 2.0.0.6 and it wont work. It seems to gain connection but fails to login. This is the only account that I have that seems to be on the list so without it added I am unable to use mint at all.
If anyone could give me some info on the browser versions they used that worked or anything else they tried that got them through that would be great.
Also I am running Windows XP 64bit. I dont know if that matters.

I haven't been able to see a drop down menu to select specific security question(s) to answer. For those that do see this option, what browser / platform are you using?

I just tried to *add* BECU (Boeing Employee Credit Union) and was presented with the dropdown boxes using Firefox (would recommend using Firefox because Internet Explorer is currently truncating).

Note: You will see an option for BECU Bank and Credit Card. I would recommend trying to add these separately.

FYI...I've had reports from multiple customers that they've had success with BECU (may not mean other folks may not have issues, unfortunately).

I'm also still having problems with BECU (I originally mentioned this issue last year when mint was just starting in beta)

While I can now see a list of questions (as opposed to "answer 1" etc.) I'm not sure which order I should answer them in. I have selected the five questions ansd answers that I use but it's not working.

I still can't get access to any BECU accounts.

Is there any way to tell what question is being asked at a particular time?

Also: every time it fails, I need to re-enter my username, password and fice security questions. Can these be saved between attempts until I get it right?

Finally, just an observation on forum use: I found it pretty frustrating to have to type in a captcha every time I searched for anything. Additionally, is there any specific reason the forum access and mint.com access can't use the same username and password?

(You guys seem to offer a great service - this is just constructive criticism)

BECU also just changed their website. and mint.com just stopped working for me. any ideas if thats going to be worked on soon?

I am experiencing the same issue. I can log into the new BECU site but my Mint account will not connect to it. Even before this BECU update I would have to answer all of my security questions every time I logged into Mint.

My BECU Checking and Savings accounts have not been syncing/updating with Mint for 4 weeks now !!!!!! BECU told me they have reached out to Mint and provided the info needed to correct this problem. The ball is in Mint's court. Mint tells me they "are aware of the problem and addressing it". That was two weeks ago. I don't know why its still not fixed. :confused:

I reset my security questions again today (for at least the fifth time since it stopped working) and this time it actually worked. This time I changed the answers so that there is no spaces. Hopefully it stays working.

Am able to access all of my accounts EXCEPT my CC.
Nothing I do seems to work and I'm not getting any support from anyone.:mad:
