Hey there. New to the Mint alpha, trying to get my accounts added, and when I search for "fidelity" I get 4 results but none are "fidelity.com". Also no results when I search for "national financial". Which is weird, because you guys say you use yodlee, and I have my Fidelity account in Yodlee without a problem.
what am I missing?

I filed a bug because I couldn't pull either one as well. Thanks for bringing it to my attention...I will try to come back & update here once I know it has been resolved.

Can you send me the following:
1. The full name of the bank.
2. The URL you use to access the bank.
Please send it to feedback@mint.com (if you already haven't).

Any update on adding Fidelity Investments (http://www.fidelity.com)? We use them for all of our financial services not just our investment accounts.

Hi Folks,
Brokerage and Investment accounts are currently not supported. This would include other sites like Vanguard Investments, Etrade Brokerage, etc.

Fidelity now features a free, de facto checking account called "mySmart Cash" (stupid mouthful of a name, but that's besides the point) that offers all the elements of a checking account plus interest (it's very similar to Schwab's new online, interest-bearing checking accounts).
While I understand Mint choosing initially to not link with the brokerage accounts, it's important that the site can connect to Fidelity's mySmart Cash account -- what I can only imagine will be an increasingly popular alternative to traditional brick-and-morter checking accounts.
If you can't support fidelity (or other brokerage accounts) then Iunfortunately I'm out :( Most of my assets are there and this service does not really make sense without seeing the complete picture.
I suggest you guys get cracking on this problem, as this is your ideal customer base. Internet savvy users with tangible assets in a brokerage accounts. Other than that, great website, great concept. Good luck to you guys !

Yeah, I'll have to sit out until Fidelity.com is added because it is my "checking" account.

Most certainly looking to see if we can support down the road.

I have money in Fidelity investments too. I like mint so far, but it would be great to see all of my money too!

Ummm, how far down the road? I think a lot of folks are moving into brokerage accounts now because they offer higher interest rates, free checking, easy of money movement, and management of retirement accounts.

My family, too, uses Fidelity accounts for our "checking" and "savings" and money market accounts. Fidelity offers the best accounts for such purposes, and they make banks obsolete.
So until Mint.com supports Fidelity accounts (which are not just brokerage and investment accounts) then it is of limited use to users like us.

Something we will most certainly see if we can support.

Any updates on when Mint will be supporting Fidelity Investment's mySmart Cash (ie, checking) accounts?
Mint already supports the Schwab version, I hope Fidelity's isn't far behind...

Ahhhh...big bummer. Just about everything I have is at Fidelity (banking and investments). Hopefully you'll add it one of these days.

Any updates? I didn't even think that it was a "brokerage" account. It's where all my retirement accounts are, and if I am using this site to plan my savings, its very useful to know how much I have saved.
Damon do you have any sort of timeline or progress report? I'd love to continue using mint in the meantime, but I'd like to know the status.

I have submitted serveral tickets about getting an error trying to add the Fidelity MySmart account. This in your list of applications to add but I have never seen it work. I have succesfully added other fidelity accounts and my credit card accounts.
Is the MySmart account supported at this time?
I use this url:
https://www.ibsnetaccess.com/NASApp/NetAccess/LoginDisplay
And I log in fine, entering in the same creditials doesn't work in Mint.

Looking at the "Fidelity - mySmartCash" situation I see that there are many successfully added accounts for mySmartCash. About 75% of those that try are successful in fact. One thing I would like to verify is that you are using the correct login...to make sure you are please search by "Fidelity - mySmart Cash" and see if that helps.

Aaron I am having the same problem and have posted in a few threads, contacted both Fidelity's customer service, and Mint.com's a few times regarding this matter. I always get the same canned message from Mint.com's customer service and when I follow their instructions and write back to say it didn't work - I never hear back.
Count me among the 25% that doesn't work. I have checked and re-checked my account credentials (they work on Fidelity.com), I have exhausted every avenue that I can think of to make this work as I have been trying to get this account added since I joined Mint.com.
The only thing I can think of is that I use a custom ID for my Fidelity Account, could it be anyone using a custom ID can't log into these accounts? (I have also tried logging in with my standard SS number numerous times with no luck)
I know this account works with Yodlee, as Fidelity themselves uses them to power their own website. Considering I can view my account on Fidelity.com, there is something awry here.
Thanks for ANY help. I really want to be able to use this amazing service, but not being able to add or view my primary checking account is a deal-breaker. But I've stuck around for months so far, so clearly I am willing to be patient.

Hi,
I'm not saying you're mistaken by any means, but I wanted to mention I am using a custom ID (not my SSN) and Fidelity is working for me.
We'll continue to look into it. Thanks for your patience

Love mint, but need this ...

Hi Atrom,
Fidelity is supported -- but it's an institution that may require trying a few different times. Many people don't add the "right" Fidelity and end up trying to add fidelity.com instead of 401k.com (fidelity netbenefits), and vice versa. If you'd like to contact me off-forums about it, please email me at Justin at mint dot com. I won't ask for your password or anything like that, but I'd like a bit more info.
Thanks,
Justin

Hi,
I'm having the same problem - I've tried adding mysmartcash multiple times since I signed up. I also sent an email to customer support and have not heard anything. Has this problem been solved yet?

I am having the same problem too. I really want Fid's mySmart Cash to work. No idea what the current status is and still haven't heard back from anyone.

Any update on this?
I'm also frustrated by not being able to see the MySmartCash Account data, even though most of the Fidelity data is visible.
Are we hearing any progress?

I have been having the same problem; the mySmart Cash account does not work, although all my other Fidelity accounts come up with no problem. Yes, I chose the "fidelty mysmart cash" account type.
