There have been many issues lately with accounts failing to synchronize. The solution often seems to be deleting the account and setting it up again. Unfortunately, if there are many months of transaction history stored in Mint, much of it is lost.
A great feature would be a way to back up and restore transactions for an account, which would allow you to delete it and start over while not losing the history.
